REGULAR RETURN POLICY

Village Pedaler, LLC will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date. Items must be in new condition, with original packaging and include all manuals and accessories provided with the product.

Returns and Exchanges can be done at the Village Pedaler, LLC retail store or by mail, but there are exceptions.

Returns/Exchanges from online purchases can be made by contacting us at [email protected] or by calling us at 847-741-5938. Please follow these policies:

• Use the original shipping container and packing materials, if possible
• You will be responsible for correctly packaging your return item so it is not damaged in shipping
• You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returned or exchanged merchandise

GENERAL REFUND/RETURN INFORMATION

• Special Order items are not eligible for returns
• Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the card used for the original purchase
• Refunds for cash purchases will be paid in cash up to $75. A refund check will be issued for purchases made by personal check and cash returns over $75. The refund check should arrive via mail 7-10 business days from the date we receive the return
• Refunds for purchases made with a gift card or store credit will have a new store credit issued
